Clients often like to know a few things when they chat with me.
I usually charge per project, but I’m open to a monthly retention fee, which I find is often more convenient than hourly billing for both parties.
Sure, that’s okay. I’m accustomed to working in different time zones, whether it’s in the US, Australia, or Canada.
I primarily use Figma, XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator for design work, and WordPress Elementor for building websites and web shops / ecommerce. However, I’m flexible with tools and can customize based on the specific design needs.
We’ll use a Trello project board for collaboration. Here, you can view assignments, results, and any questions from my end. Messages and feedback can be shared directly within the project/assignment. Additionally, you have the option to include other team members if needed.

I prefer Wise.com for its user-friendly interface, low transaction fees, and global accessibility. Alternatively, I also accept payments through PayPal.
For one-time projects, a friendly 50% down payment is required before we start. For those opting for a monthly retention plan, the full monthly fee is due upfront, and subsequent bills will be sent at the end of each month.
